My work is primarily realistic. I utilize pastoral scenery and warm sunlight to evoke peaceful, nostalgic moods. Most of my work is informed by my own photography. Several years of drawing instruction under Betty Trudeau during my teenage years have laid a foundation for patient artistic observation and joyful appreciation of the world around me. A personal fascination with natural patterns and expressive personalities guides my creative direction, while client requests for custom work continually challenge my perspective. Private collections in Canada and the United States hold most of my sold work. |
